President. – The Renew Group and the non-attached Members have notified the President of decisions relating to changes to appointments within committees. These decisions will be set out in the minutes of today's sitting and take effect on the date of this announcement.
Now I have some points of order. The first is Jordan Bardella. And please, I want to remind you to say to which rule the point of order relates.
Jordan Bardella (PfE).
President. – The point of order?
Jordan Bardella (PfE). – ...
President. – Yes, but this rule is not about conferences outside.
Jordan Bardella (PfE). – …l'article133 sur les déclarations de la Commission!…
President. – But not when it's outside the institution, sorry.
(Applause)
Jordan Bardella (PfE).
President. – You can ask in the next meeting for a debate and for an oral question to the Commission. But we don't have a debate on what the Commission says somewhere in the world.
(Heckling)
No, sorry, it's not covered by the rule you mentioned. Sorry.
Jordan Bardella (PfE).
President. – No. A declaration by the Commission is not any speech, anywhere, in any conference. It's another thing and we checked that beforehand. So, no.
Carlo Fidanza (ECR).
President. – Sorry, I also have to ask you, what is the point of order? Because we had yesterday a debate on that point. You had the opportunity – with blue card, with speaking time, with other points – to react to what the Commission said. So we don't have a new debate on what was said yesterday during the debate. I was chairing the debate. I know what happened yesterday.
Sorry, I want to be strict with the points of order, so thank you very much. It's not a point of order for today.
(Applause)
Carlo Fidanza (ECR). – Articolo215, Lei mi deve far concludere l'intervento.
President. – Sorry, the next point. No, your next point.
Carlo Fidanza (ECR).
President. – We have rules for such committees of inquiry. We will check if there is a possibility, but thank you very much for that.
So we have no more points of order, and now we should move on to the votes. Actually, I see we do have a point of order.
Patryk Jaki (ECR). Bez żadnego problemu to dopuściliście,...
(Przewodnicząca odebrała mówcy głos)
Die Präsidentin. – Gestern hatte ich nicht den Vorsitz. Entschuldigung.
Patryk Jaki (ECR).
President. – Sorry, I have to make clear: I was not chairing yesterday. ... (inaudible) responsibility if we let actual ...
No, please. No, it's not a point of order.
Patryk Jaki (ECR). – Wy po prostu nienawidzicie demokracji, nienawidzicie wolności słowa...
(Przewodnicząca odebrała mówcy głos)
Patryk Jaki (ECR). – Excuse me,may I express my point of order? Excuse me, MadamPresident.
President. – Sorry. We have clear rules on what are points of order. Some colleagues are very generous when there are actual accidents or things that are happening. But sorry, we have to stick to the points of order, because on Monday we have the one-minute speeches so you can make your position on special issues you want to raise.
But we are here exactly for points of order. And that is what I exercise, clearly to the Rules. And there is no discussion about what has happened yesterday or the week after, or 20weeks before or later. Sorry, we have clear order to rule it like it is.
