听听President. 鈥� I would like to announce that, pursuant to Rule听47(2) of the Rules of Procedure, I have declared admissible a proposal for a Union act on amending Directive听(EU) 2003/87/EC establishing a system for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the European Union and introducing a mechanism of directly linking the cost of ETS allowances for companies to investments in clean technologies.

This proposal is referred to the Committee on the Environment, Climate and Food Safety, as committee responsible, and to the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy, for opinion.
