At its meeting of 5 March 2025, the Conference of Presidents had adopted the draft calendar of part-sessions for the parliamentary year 2026.

The dates were as follows:

- 19 to 22 January
- 27 January
- 9 to 12 February
- 9 to 12 March
- 25 and 26 March
- 27 to 30 April
- 18 to 21 May
- 15 to 18 June
- 6 to 9 July
- 14 to 17 September
- 5 to 8 October
- 19 to 22 October
- 11 and 12 November
- 23 to 26 November
- 14 to 17 December

The following tabling deadlines had been set:
- amendments: Monday 10 March 2025 at 19:00;
- requests for roll-call votes: Tuesday 11 March 2025 at 16:00.

The vote would take place on Wednesday 12 March 2025 at 12:00.
