13.听Requests for the waiver of immunity

The competent Belgian authorities had sent the President requests for the waiver of the immunity of Elisabetta Gualmini and Alessandra Moretti in connection with legal proceedings in Belgium.

In accordance with Rule 9(1), the requests had been referred to the committee responsible, in this case the JURI Committee.
