18.听Delegated acts (Rule 105(6)) (follow-up)

The President reminded the House that the ECON Committee's recommendations to raise no objections to the delegated acts had been announced in plenary the previous day, 11 March 2019 (minutes of 11.3.2019, item 9).

No objections to these recommendations had been raised in the 24-hour period laid down in Rule 105(60.

Consequently, these recommendations were deemed to be approved and would be published in the Texts Adopted of the sitting of the following day, 13 March 2019.
