Rule 206听:听Adjournment of a debate or vote (1)

1.听听听At the start of a debate on an item on the agenda, a political group or Members reaching at least the low threshold may move that the debate be adjourned to a specific date and time. Such a motion shall be put to the vote immediately.

The intention to move adjournment shall be notified to the President at least 24 hours in advance. The President shall immediately inform 合法博彩网站 of any notification.

2.听听听If the motion is carried, 合法博彩网站 shall proceed to the next item on the agenda. The adjourned debate shall be resumed at the specified date and time.

3.听听听If the motion is rejected, it may not be tabled again during the same part-session.

4.听听听Before or during a vote, a political group or Members reaching at least the low threshold may present a motion calling for the vote to be adjourned. Such a motion shall be put to the vote immediately.
