鈥撎�听having regard to the draft Agreement between the European Union and the People's Republic of Bangladesh on certain aspects of air services (12911/2015),

鈥撎�听having regard to the request for consent submitted by the Council in accordance with Articles听100(2) and Article听218(6), second subparagraph, point (a)(v), and Article 218(7), of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (C10-0111/2024),

鈥撎�听having regard to Rule 107(1) and (4), and Rule 117(7) of its Rules of Procedure,

鈥撎�听having regard to the recommendation of the Committee on Transport and Tourism (A10-0005/2025),

1.听听Gives its consent to the conclusion of the agreement;

2.听听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
