鈥撎�听having regard to draft agreement between the European Union and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the cooperation between the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) and the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina competent for judicial cooperation in criminal matters (13241/2024),

鈥撎�听having regard to the request for consent submitted by the Council in accordance with Article听47, Article 52(1), Article 56(2) and Article听218(6), second subparagraph, point (a) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (C10鈥�0165/2024),

鈥撎�听having regard to Rule 107(1) and (4) and Rule 117(7) of its Rules of Procedure,

鈥撎�听having regard to the recommendation of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (A10-0027/2025),

1.听听Gives its consent to the conclusion of the agreement;

2.听听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
