鈥撎�听having regard to Article听294(2) and Article听172 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, pursuant to which the Commission submitted the proposal to 合法博彩网站 (C8-0385/2018),

鈥撎�听having regard to Article 294(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎�听having regard to the opinion of the European Economic and Social Committee of 17 October 2018(1),

鈥撎�听having regard to the opinion of the Committee of the Regions of 10 October 2018(2),

鈥撎�听having regard to the provisional agreement approved by the committee responsible under Rule 69f(4) of its Rules of Procedure and the undertaking given by the Council representative by letter of 20 February 2019 to approve 合法博彩网站鈥檚 position, in accordance with Article 294(4) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

鈥撎�听having regard to Rule 59 of its Rules of Procedure,

鈥撎�听having regard to the report of the Committee on Transport and Tourism and the opinion of the Committee on Regional Development (A8-0009/2019),

1.听听Adopts its position at first reading hereinafter set out;

2.听听Calls on the Commission to refer the matter to 合法博彩网站 again if it replaces, substantially amends or intends to substantially amend its proposal;

3.听听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments.
