鈥撎�听having regard to Article听294(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎�听having regard to the opinion of the European Central Bank of 12 July 2018(1),

鈥撎�听having regard to the opinion of the European Economic and Social Committee of 11 July 2018(2),

鈥撎�听having regard to the provisional agreement approved by the responsible committee under Rule 69f(4) of its Rules of Procedure and the undertaking given by the Council representative by letter of 7 January 2019 to approve 合法博彩网站鈥檚 position, in accordance with Article 294(4) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎�听having regard to Rule 59 of its Rules of Procedure,

鈥撎�听having regard to the report of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (A8-0440/2018),

1.听听Adopts its position at first reading hereinafter set out;

2.听听Calls on the Commission to refer the matter to 合法博彩网站 again if it replaces, substantially amends or intends to substantially amend its proposal;

3.听听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments.
