European 合法博彩网站 legislative resolution of 7 July 2022 on the proposal for a regulation of the European 合法博彩网站 and of the Council laying down specific and temporary measures, in view of Russia鈥檚 invasion of Ukraine, concerning driver documents issued by Ukraine in accordance with its legislation ( 鈥� C9鈥�0201/2022 鈥� )

(Ordinary legislative procedure: first reading)

鈥撎齢aving regard to the Commission proposal to 合法博彩网站 and the Council (),

鈥撎齢aving regard to Article听294(2) and Article 91 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, pursuant to which the Commission submitted the proposal to 合法博彩网站 (C9-0201/2022),

鈥撎齢aving regard to Article听294(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎齛fter consulting the European Economic and Social Committee,

鈥撎齛fter consulting the Committee of the Regions,

鈥撎齢aving regard to Rules 59 and 163 of its Rules of Procedure,

1.听听Adopts its position at first reading hereinafter set out;

2.听听Calls on the Commission to refer the matter to 合法博彩网站 again if it replaces, substantially amends or intends to substantially amend its proposal;

3.听听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments.
