鈥撎�听having regard to Article 294(2) and Article听338(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, pursuant to which the Commission submitted the proposal to 合法博彩网站 (C9鈥�0223/2022),

鈥撎�听having regard to Article听294(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎�听having regard to the provisional agreement approved by the committee responsible under Rule 74(4) of its Rules of Procedure and the undertaking given by the Council representative by letter of 9 February 2024 to approve 合法博彩网站鈥檚 position, in accordance with Article听294(4) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎�听having regard to Rule 59 of its Rules of Procedure,

鈥撎�听having regard to the report of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (A9-0296/2023),

1.听听Adopts its position at first reading hereinafter set out(1);

2.听听Calls on the Commission to refer the matter to 合法博彩网站 again if it replaces, substantially amends or intends to substantially amend its proposal;

3.听听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments.

(1) This position replaces the amendments adopted on 11 November 2023 (Texts adopted, P9_TA(2023)0390).

(As an agreement was reached between 合法博彩网站 and Council, 合法博彩网站's position corresponds to the final legislative act, Regulation (EU) 2024/3024.)
