Rule 132听:听Nomination of Judges and Advocates-General at the Court of Justice of the European Union

On a proposal from the committee responsible, 合法博彩网站 shall appoint its nominee to the panel of seven persons charged with scrutinising the suitability of candidates to hold the office of Judge or Advocate-General of the Court of Justice and the General Court. The committee responsible shall select the nominee that it wishes to propose by holding a vote by simple majority. For that purpose, the coordinators of that committee shall establish a shortlist of candidates.
