ECA Special Report on 鈥淐ombatting harmful tax regimes and corporate tax avoidance鈥�
On 03 December 2024, from 16:45 to 18:00, the FISC Subcommittee will exchange views with Ms Ildik贸 G谩ll-Pelcz, Reporting Member of the European Court of Auditors, who will present her Special Report 27/2024 鈥淐ombatting harmful tax regimes and corporate tax avoidance鈥�.
On 3 December 2024, from 14:30 to 15:30, the FISC Subcommittee will have an exchange of views with Ms Mar铆a Jos茅 Garde, Chair of the Code of Conduct Group on Business Taxation. On 8 October 2024, the Council adopted the updated EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, a significant milestone in the EU鈥檚 efforts to enhance global tax governance.
On 21 November 2024, from 09:00 to 10:30, the FISC Subcommittee hosted an exchange of views with the United Nations (UN) and the Commission to discuss the state of play and the future of European and international tax policies.
