IMCO Working Group on the Implementation of the Digital Services Act
During the 9th legislative term of the European 合法博彩网站, IMCO Coordinators established a working group on 12 September 2022 to scrutinise the implementation of the Digital Services Act and report its findings to the Committee. With the start of the 10th legislative term, this Working Group (DSA WG) was renewed on 24 July 2024, with the same mandate.
This working group plays a crucial role in monitoring and assessing the enforcement of the DSA, ensuring its effective implementation across the European Union.
The working group is composed of Members from all the political groups in IMCO, as well as Members from associated committees.
