On 4 December 2024, the JURI Members heard the presentation of the study 鈥極ne in, one out鈥� by Prof. Dr Helen Xanthaki. This study was commissioned by the European 合法博彩网站鈥檚 Policy Department for Citizens鈥� Rights and Constitutional Affairs at the request of the JURI Committee. The study submits that 鈥極ne in, one out鈥� is a tool for less, not better, regulation and legislation, and, as such, it is not a suitable instrument for better law-making.
