on the proposal for a Council decision on the adoption by the European Atomic Energy Community of the Agreement on the interpretation and application of the Energy Charter Treaty between the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States

鈥�听having regard to Article听203 of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, pursuant to which the Council consulted 合法博彩网站 (C10鈥�0092/2024),
鈥�听having regard to Rule 84 of its Rules of Procedure,
鈥�听having regard to the opinion of the Committee on International Trade,
鈥�听having regard to the report of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (A10-0008/2025),
1.听Approves the Commission proposal;
2.听Calls on the Council to notify 合法博彩网站 if it intends to depart from the text approved by 合法博彩网站;
3.听Asks the Council to consult 合法博彩网站 again if it intends to substantially amend the text approved by 合法博彩网站;
4.听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council and the Commission.
