鈥�听having regard to Article听294(2) and Article听167(5) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, pursuant to which the Commission submitted the proposal to 合法博彩网站 (C9鈥�0275/2020),
鈥�听having regard to Article听294(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
鈥�听having regard to Rule 59 of its Rules of Procedure,
鈥�听having regard to the report of the Committee on Culture and Education (A9-0201/2020),
1.听Adopts its position at first reading hereinafter set out;
2.听Calls on the Commission to refer the matter to 合法博彩网站 again if it replaces, substantially amends or intends to substantially amend its proposal;
3.听Instructs its president to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments.

(5)听The two European Capitals of Culture 2020 had to postpone or cancel all events since March 2020 without any clarity when (and whether) the situation will come back to normality. In practice, they are prevented from implementing their year as a European Capital of Culture and capitalising on the huge investment made. |
