Le 21听octobre dernier, j'ai essay茅 de faire une d茅claration en langue luxembourgeoise dans ce Parlement. J'ai tout de suite 茅t茅 interrompu et invit茅 脿 m'exprimer en anglais. Je voudrais donc informer mes coll猫gues que, suite 脿 cela, j'ai propos茅 de modifier deux articles de notre r猫glement pour permettre l'utilisation de la langue luxembourgeoise lors de nos 茅changes.

On m'indique maintenant qu'un avis juridique a 茅t茅 demand茅. Cet avis ne doit pas servir 脿 fabriquer des arguments pour 茅terniser la discrimination de la langue luxembourgeoise par le Parlement europ茅en. Au contraire, le Parlement doit s'appliquer 脿 trouver des solutions pour permettre de reconna卯tre la langue nationale du Grand-Duch茅 de Luxembourg et de l'introduire dans cette enceinte. Le peuple luxembourgeois est en droit de s'attendre 脿 ne pas 锚tre trait茅 de fa莽on autre que les autres nations repr茅sent茅es dans cette assembl茅e.

听听President. 鈥� Mr Kartheiser, as you know, the Rules of Procedure are very clear. Rule 174(2) explicitly foresees that all Members have the right to speak in 合法博彩网站 in the official language of their choice. Rule听243 foresees a procedure to propose an amendment of the Rules, which you have already initiated.

A debate is, according to the Oxford Dictionary, a formal discussion on a matter in a public meeting or a parliament. And here we got a long list of speakers coming in, talk for one minute and then leave. And this room here is mostly from 10听% filled to empty because there are breakfast meetings, funnily enough called 'breakfast debates'.

Then there is group or individual meetings afterwards, so-called lunch debates. Then there is food and drinks with the听intergroups, followed by dinner debates. You see a pattern here. And then finishing up in the night while the plenary is still ongoing, there are cocktail receptions with NGOs and lobbyists. Colleagues, this Hemicycle is a majestic sanctuary of democracy. It is the heart of this continent, and with all my soul, I want to see it alive, full of passion鈥�

Liczba wi臋藕ni贸w politycznych na Bia艂orusi ka偶dego dnia ro艣nie i si臋ga膰 ju偶 mo偶e dziesi臋ciu tysi臋cy. W艣r贸d nich jest Palina Szarenda-Panasiuk 鈥� jedna z najbardziej prze艣ladowanych dzia艂aczek opozycyjnych, brutalnie aresztowana w styczniu 2021 roku na oczach swojego czteroletniego syna. Zdiagnozowano u niej ostatnio przewlek艂e, nieuleczalne zapalenie trzustki, kt贸re w warunkach wi臋ziennych, przy braku pomocy medycznej, to wyrok 艣mierci. Wzywam wi臋c spo艂eczno艣膰 mi臋dzynarodow膮 do natychmiastowego podj臋cia dzia艂a艅 na rzecz uwolnienia Paliny Szarendy-Panasiuk oraz wszystkich wi臋藕ni贸w politycznych na Bia艂orusi.

听听Bart艂omiej Sienkiewicz (PPE). 鈥� Pani Przewodnicz膮ca! W trybie art. 202 Regulaminu, dotyczy to z艂o偶onej przez grup臋 ESN poprawki nr 10, kt贸ra jest niezgodna z tre艣ci膮 poddanej dzi艣 pod g艂osowanie rezolucji w sprawie wzmocnienia niezachwianego wsparcia Unii Europejskiej dla Ukrainy wobec rosyjskiej wojny napastniczej.

Autorami tej poprawki s膮 pos艂owie polskiej skrajnie prawicowej partii Konfederacja 鈥� partii antyukrai艅skiej i wielokrotnie prezentuj膮cej stanowiska zgodne z rosyjsk膮 propagand膮. Celem tej poprawki jest podwa偶enie zawartego par臋 dni temu porozumienia mi臋dzy rz膮dem Polski a Ukrainy w sprawie ekshumacji ofiar zbrodni pope艂nianych na Polakach przez nacjonalist贸w ukrai艅skich w czasie II wojny 艣wiatowej. Ta poprawka ma storpedowa膰 to porozumienie. (Przewodnicz膮ca przerwa艂a m贸wcy). Przyj臋cie tej poprawki by艂oby jakim艣 okrutnym paradoksem wobec tej uchwa艂y.

听听Christine Anderson (ESN). 鈥� Frau Pr盲sidentin! Ich st眉tze mich auf Artikel听150 der Gesch盲ftsordnung, dessen Verengung auf Drittstaaten meiner Meinung nach eine unzul盲ssige Einschr盲nkung des Wortlauts unserer Gesch盲ftsordnung ist, wo doch eklatante Verst枚脽e gegen Demokratie und Rechtsstaatlichkeit in den Mitgliedstaaten stattfinden. Ich beziehe mich hier zum Beispiel auf die Schwachkopf-Aff盲re rund um Robert Habeck in Deutschland. Mittels KI werden die sozialen Medien systematisch nach Beleidigungen durchsucht, die B眉rger angezeigt und damit mit unverh盲ltnism盲脽ig repressiven Ma脽nahmen 眉berzogen听鈥� im vorliegenden Fall einer Hausdurchsuchung.

Mit einem solchen Vorgehen verl盲sst man den Boden der freiheitlichen demokratischen Grundordnung. Ein Bundesminister, der ob der Nennung 鈥濻chwachkopf鈥� den Rechtsstaat instrumentalisiert, ist aber in erster Linie totalit盲r und erst in zweiter Linie ein Riesenschwachkopf. Ich fordere daher eine 脺berpr眉fung der Auslegung des Artikels听150 unserer Gesch盲ftsordnung.
