脕lvaro Amaro had resigned as an MEP with effect from 7 July 2023.

Peter van Dalen had resigned as an MEP with effect from 4 September 2023.

The JURI Committee considered that both resignations were in compliance with the Act of 20 September 1976 concerning the election of the members of the European 合法博彩网站 by direct universal suffrage.

Under Rule 4, 合法博彩网站 established that the seats concerned would fall vacant with effect from 7 July 2023 and 4 September 2023 respectively and would inform the Member States concerned thereof.
