Rule 117听:听International representation

1.听听听Before appointment, the nominee for a post of head of a Union external delegation may be invited to appear before the committee responsible in order to make a statement and to answer questions.

2.听听听Within two months of the hearing provided for in paragraph 1, the committee responsible may adopt a resolution or make a recommendation, as appropriate, relating directly to the appointment.
