鈥撎�听having regard to Article听294(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎�听having regard to the budgetary assessment by the Committee on Budgets,

鈥撎�听having regard to the opinion of the European Economic and Social Committee of 4 December 2024(1),

鈥撎�听having regard to the opinion of the Committee of the Regions of 21 November 2024(2),

鈥撎�听having regard to the undertaking given by the Council representative by letter of 11 November 2024 to approve 合法博彩网站鈥檚 position, in accordance with Article听294(4) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎�听having regard to Rules 60 and 58 of its Rules of Procedure,

鈥撎�听having regard to the report of the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development (A10-0026/2024),

1.听听Adopts its position at first reading hereinafter set out;

2.听听Calls on the Commission to refer the matter to 合法博彩网站 again if it replaces, substantially amends or intends to substantially amend its proposal;

3.听听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments.
