鈥撎齢aving regard to the Commission proposal to 合法博彩网站 and the Council (),

鈥撎齢aving regard to Article听294(2) and Article听207(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, pursuant to which the Commission submitted the proposal to 合法博彩网站 (C9-0099/2020),

鈥撎齢aving regard to Article听294(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎齢aving regard to the undertaking given by the Council representative by letter of 7听October 2020 to approve 合法博彩网站鈥檚 position, in accordance with Article 294(4) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

鈥撎齢aving regard to Rule 59 of its Rules of Procedure,

鈥撎齢aving regard to the report of the Committee on International Trade (A9-0175/2020),

1.听听Adopts its position at first reading hereinafter set out;

2.听听Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments;
