The documentary by China Change organisation features interviews with Ilham Tohti, the 2019 Sakharov Prize laureate and contributions by, among others, his daughter Jewher Ilham, another Sakharov Prize laureate Hu Jia (2008), Professor Elliot Sperling, former President of PEN American Center Peter Godwin and Director of Uighur Human Rights Project Alim Seytoff.
