Our infographic provides and overview of the political groups formed in the European Ϸվ after elections in June 2024. Eight political goups have been formed since the elections. The biggest group remains the EPP with 188 seats (26.1% of total), followed by S&D group with 136 seats (18.9%). In May 2019, on a turnout of 51%, European Union citizens elected their representatives to the European Ϸվ for the next five years. On 31 January 2020, the United Kingdom withdrew from the Union.
