In response to the migration challenge, on 13 May 2015 the European Commission presented the European Agenda on Migration, with the aim of setting out a comprehensive approach for improving the management of migration in all its aspects. Pravosodno sodelovanje v聽kazenskih zadevah temelji na na膷elu vzajemnega priznavanja sodb in sodnih odlo膷b ter vklju膷uje ukrepe za pribli啪evanje zakonodaje dr啪av 膷lanic na ve膷 podro膷jih. Lizbonska pogodba zagotavlja trdno podlago za razvoj kazenskopravnega obmo膷ja, obenem pa dolo膷a nove pristojnosti Evropskega parlamenta.
